You are required to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary for the provision of our services. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding financial reporting and tax obligations.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services or systems.
All proprietary methodologies, software, templates, reports, and documentation provided by our firm remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Your business data and financial information remain your property, though you grant us necessary rights to process and analyze this information to provide our services effectively.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
We maintain professional liability insurance appropriate for our services, but our obligations are limited to the exercise of reasonable professional care and skill in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

All client information is protected by professional confidentiality standards and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a qualified arbitrator experienced in commercial disputes. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with established arbitration rules, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Each party shall bear their own costs and expenses, with arbitrator fees split equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with thirty days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your records to another service provider, subject to payment of all outstanding fees.
These terms are governed by applicable local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
